Is facial flushing an early sign??

Last night i noticed my face was a little more red than usually while brushing my teeth. & then today my bfs mom commented that i looked like I’d been crying bc my face was red (she acted suspicious about it & she usually has premonitions everytime someone is pregnant). This is our first month trying. Could this be a sign?? (Don’t know how many dpo as i wasn’t actually tracking, could be up to 9 & if so i had cramping at around 6-7 dpo or the cramping could’ve been ovulation idrk)
