Pregnant Breasts?

Did anyone else around four to five weeks pregnant experience severe swelling in their breasts as well as the veins popping out and swelling and doubling in size? I've had to normal Singleton pregnancys and this one has been completely different and already taking such a toll on my body I'm thinking maybe I'm pregnant with twins this time because I also tested positive for the first time about six days post ovulation then got my solid lines 2 days before missed period. Anyone have this symptom with singleton or twins?
