Sleeping in separate rooms??

Is it okay for a married couple to sleep in separate rooms ? Especially after an argument ?

No i don't believe it is. I think when people start sleeping separate it's the beginning of the end

I've been sleeping in a different room than my husband for 10 years. And I love it. He snores worse than a hibernating bear and if he was in my bed, I would smother him with a pillow! Not to mention, he used to be a truck driver and would come and go at odd hours and he didnt want to disturb me. 
On the topic of arguements, I dont think making a habit of sleeping separately just because you're mad is a good idea.

Yep. 
I breastfeed in bed so there’s no room for him after pillows are propped up. Plus I still feed 3x a night and he needs his sleep for work. And when he did try sleeping in our bed his alarm woke up baby. 😡

My husband and I sleep in separate rooms most night because he snores so badly I can’t sleep.
We still cuddle in the same bed before we go to sleep, and we cuddle in the same bed in the morning while we drink our coffee.
It has honestly saved our marriage!
I would get so upset at him for snoring and get a terrible night sleep and then be in a bad mood all day.

My husband usually sleeps on the couch, mainly cause he falls asleep while playing video games.. you dont have to sleep in the same room to have a good  marriage.. you do need to have good communication between the 2 of you and you should still love each other..

I am now. Hoping he doesn’t come out because I do not want to talk. He’s been doing it to me, falling asleep on couch after gaming too long, it was a sign something was up in the past.  But I think it’s to the point of no return for me, if wanting to stay together I think they should try to make up and sleep in the same bed

My parents sleep in separate rooms if my dad has to get up early for work because my mom snores so yeah it’s pretty normal 😅😂

We used to do this when really upset. It kept us divided longer. I find that if we go to bed in the same room we makeup in the middle of the night with a cuddle lol. Ends a lot faster.

My husband and I sleep in different rooms because he doesn't agree to the rules of my bed I don't like wrinkles in my sheets no socks no pants and I don't like nothing touching me in my sleep so yea its comfortable

We don’t go to bed mad. But sometimes we separate to cool off.
