Prenatals/Geritol not sure what all to take theres just so many options out there..

What did you pair with it? Part of me wants to take the gummies but continue taking Geritol because im positive Geritol is whats regulated my periods. Surely itd be ok to take both at once since Vitafusion doesnt have iron? What about the calcium, what do you do to get the right amount needed? Ive seen Calcium gummies as well but to take all three seems like alot to take all at once ...
