Blast These Love Handles!
I'm a little over 5 months post partum, I've been back to my pre-pregnancy weight for a while now but as you can assume, he weight has shifted. My thighs are bigger, although that's not a surprise I was a soccer player pre-baby so I already had some decent thighs, and my love handles are outrageous.
Does anybody have any favorite at-home workout series they would recommend? I dont really have the time nor the babysitter to go to the gym like I used to but I can spare an hour or so while my son naps to sneak in a quick at home workout. I dont have any equipment currently at the house but I can definitely buy whatever I need for the workouts.
I'm looking for toning, tightening, strengthening workouts. Not weightloss workouts. Bonus point for longevity of plans and if I can use them while trying to get pregnant again or while I'm pregnant again incase that open-ended conversation between my husband and I comes to a conclusion. Also, the cheaper the better (did someone say free?).
