Help....
So yesterday I found out I'm pregnant, according to my last period maybe 5 weeks... well today I got a headache, a tension headache. My neck hurts, I'm nauseous and shakey feeling. I keep gagging but nothing is coming out, is this normal? Is there something I can take? I'm snowed into my home for a few days so I cant see a doctor.
