I felt a little bump on

My lip like 2 nights back and I thought I had maybe cut myself because I have a bad habit of biting my lips well fast forward yesterday I was not feeling to great and noticed thebump getting bigger and swollen . So now I’m wondering if it’s a cold sore can I have got it from starting a cold because i have a stuffy nose headaches and body aches and now i have this huge bump on my lip & it’s so embarrassing i told my boyfriend and kids not to drink or kiss me for now . Mind you I’m 18 weeks pregnant it’s so uncomfortable and have never got any bumps anywhere 😑
