4 pp late period

So im 4 months pp and ive been feeling really sick and week last nighg it woke me up in the middle of the night and i had to run to the bathroom because i thought i was going to be sick . Well my period is 5 days late . Ive also been stressed obviously i know the best way to tell is to take a test but i dont want to just yet . And i know you guys arnt doctors but could my period be late and my feeling sick due to stress?
