Anyone get pregnant right after they stopped trying?

With my daughter 3 years ago , I  stopped trying in October after trying for 3 months  and got pregnant that month, and my bf and I just tried for 6 months and stopped trying in November and now my period is 4 days late. Gotten negatives so far, but I’ve got an appointment this Thursday with hopes that we conceived. Fingers crossed 🤞

How do you stop trying?!?!
I know when I ovulate, know when the 2 week wait is, know when my period should come so even if I "quit trying" my head knows what's going on still haha

We had been trying for about 8 months and the one month we only as able to do it 1 time around ovulation was when we got pregnant! We lost the baby but it has nothing to do with that. Didn't think it was possible because of how much stress I was under, the amount of Dr. Peppers I had, and major lack of sleep. Was wonderfully surprised 2 weeks later though when I realized I was 3 days late. Good luck to you!!!
