Twinges
have been experiencing small twinges of pain on the left side of my abdomen that go into my back. They only last for a second but they are painful enough for me to feel in my lower abdomen and in my back. Could this be a sign of early pregnancy?! We have been trying for 4 cycles so I am really hoping this is a sign. I am supposed to get my period in 6 days.
