Waiting for things to progress. 38+1 no complications.
So far I’ve had lots of Braxton Hicks in the evenings, and today I’ve started to get some pains in my vagina. I’ve visibly dropped, but that’s it. Should I try some vigorous sex, castor oil, spicy foods, jumping jacks, squats, and/or bouncing on an exercise ball? I’m so ready to get this baby out. My OB isn’t going to give me a sweep (or cervix check) until I’m 39w!! I’m sick of waddling around with back and hip pain. What should I do?
