Ok ladies may be TMI

Is diarrhea a sign of labor approaching? I’m 39&6 today and I’ve been contracting on and off all day and when I stand up sometimes I get a sharp pain above my pubic bone. I’m not feeling good nausea and headache. Hopefully labor is soon bc my DD is tomorrow
