37 weeks with questions

I'm 37 weeks pregnant, second pregnancy (planned c section) I started having contractions last night 15 minutes apart. Went to ER, I'm dilated 1. How can I speed up this process, it would be idea for him to be here by the weekend. I can feel his head SUPER low and its getting uncomfortable with every little motion. How long could be dilated 1? I never went through any of this with my daughter. Completely different circumstances. Can someone give me a clue?
