4 months check-up. Normal?

Just came back from 4months appointment and she is weighting 19lbs7.5oz (8.83kg) 99%ile, and measuring 27.772inches (68cm) 100%ile. Is that normal?

How is your 4months?

I'm exclusively breastfeeding.

At 4 months my son was 15lb 25in

My baby was 5 Ib 6 oz. at birth. 7 Ib 8oz. At 1 month. 9 Ib 12 oz. at 2 months. 12 Ib. 5 oz. at 3 months. 13 Ib. 2 oz. at 4 months. He will be 5 months in a few days. I think as long as they are growing at a steady rate... They are fine.

My 4 month old got weighed 2 weeks ago and is still a small 10lbs 13oz. She was only 6lbs 5oz born.

My daughter had hers last Monday! She weighs 14 pounds now and is 24 inches.

I have two boys. My older son, at 4 months weighted 18lbs. My youngest is 4 months right now, he weights 13lbs. He had to have pyloric stenosis surgery at 7 weeks old. He was losing weigh, and projectile vomiting.   So if that didn't happen I think he would weigh more. Because at his 1 month check up he was 10lbs. Both boys were 25 inches long at this age.

My babygirl is 16lbs-25in. And is at 95% her dad is 6'5 so it's kind of what I excepted.

My 4 month old weighs 13.8 lbs and she weighed 6.5 when she was born. She is 24 inches long. 45 percentile but that is right in the middle of the road. I'm ok with that. She was 2 weeks early so I expect to be in the lower percentiles for a while.

Sounds like a good size to me! My boy was 17lb 4 and 70cm at 4 months

My sisters baby was 18#6oz and 26" long. It's obviously a big baby but at this point you want a big healthy baby! Just follow your doctors instructions. My sisters doctor said not to start solid food till 6 months and she shouldn't be needing any night time feedings.
