Might be a silly question. But, On CD4 my flow is non existent. Then on cd5 I start spotting again enough just to wear a lite tampon or even a panty liner. And I could go all day without changing either if I wanted (I don’t obviously But just trying to show how little it is) would that still be considered AF or would I change it to just spotting on my app?
