Finding out the sex of baby?

Just wondering how many are keeping the sex secret until birth. I feel like everything has been so planned up to this point, having the surprise of the baby's gender would be fun. My husband wants to know for figuring out names and I think it's a good way for him to connect more too but torn.

We don't know the baby's gender and are so excited for the surprise! I agree so much of this pregnancy was "planned" it's nice to have something that isn't. And we have been fine with decorating the nursery and buying stuff. It's really not that hard to do, and the surprise at the end is going to be amazing 😃

I HATE surprises, so we are finding out. I am a little OCD. I want to be planned. We are having twins and hoping to find out Tuesday what we are having.

I wanted a surprise gender reveal but hubby did not. We decided to find out together and surprise the family. Took the Verifi test at 11w and results came back at 12w1d. Revealed to the family at 14w.

We found out at 13 weeks. Husband wanted the surprise but I couldn't wait!

Talk to your husband, maybe he would be okay if you came up with both boy and girl names, did a nice neutral nursery (which will grow better with the child anyway!!), etc. We dealt with infertility and treatments and decided let's have one surprise after all of th! When everything about a pregnancy is so planned, I think it's such a nice thing to have a big surprise at the end :) 3 more weeks till we find out!

My situation was the same as yours. I wanted a surprise in the midst of all of the planning and scheduling involved in an IVF pregnancy but husband wanted to find out. We compromised by having a gender reveal party with family where we all found out at the same time. This way I got my surprise and husband got to find out.
