TTC 2nd baby!

I am 5'4" and 225 lbs and my fertile window starts in one day! So nervous about not conceiving but I mean thats a concern with everyone no matter what weight you are. Me and my husband had sex yesterday December 11. (TMI I know😂). How often do you think we should have sex throughout my fertile window to hit that sweet spot and conceive?! And also since I am considered obese I would like tips on possibly losing some weight during pregnancy and safely of course so I can make it a bit more easier on the baby.
