Clear blue Advanced Ovulation Test???

Can someone please help?

So I’m currently on Metformin to reduce high testosterone (I don’t have any cysts present on my ovaries but my dr thinks I still may have it)

I read on the back of the clear blue test that it’s not suitable for those with PCOS, I took the test and the first day it came back as negative. I took it the 2nd day of ovulation and it came back as a smiley face (not flashing just normal) and that face stayed on the test for 2 days. After the 2 days I took it again and it was negative. (So I’m assuming ovulation happened?

How accurate it this test?
