Any women here that have gone threw menopause?

Im 34 years old started my period at the age of 8. This whole year I haven't had a full blown menstrual. I just have alot of cramps the whole pms but no blood only spotting. I remember my grandmother saying she started hers in her late 30 but my mother in her late 40. And the doctors here in Yucatan say o then yes you started . But it's scary cuase I'm so young and the pain in getting unbearable. So I thought about asking here and see if anyone has gone threw this and can help me understand.

I am new to this group, I joined because I feel that I am now experiencing the early stages of menopause. My regular period ended this February 2020, it seems, because the next period came in early May and it ran like a river, something that I am not accustomed to. Now today in the last week of May some more but very less than the previous flow. However, I am feeling cramps just the same. I hope that I am in the right ballpark, and that this isn't something else. I opened to any suggestions.

Hang in there!! Started the perimenopause symptoms when I turned 40. I’m 42 and haven’t had a period in several months...still waiting to hit that one year mark. It comes with a LOT of changes and discomfort. Be strong. You are not alone.

I’m 51 and the last year my period has been changing and this sept my period didn’t come wasn’t sure what was going on took a pregnancy test came negative October my period came back so not sure what to expect month to month now.

I just turned 45 and my cycles have been much heavier than ever before. I am having hot flashes, at least that is what I believe they are, and my mood is HORRIBLE. I’m severely anxious and depressed. I feel like I can’t manage my emotions anymore and I’m avoiding people altogether. 
I can’t tolerate others being around me and sit on my chair most of the day. I’m even out from work. Is this still within norm for menopause?

I think 43. I am going to be 45. Just got diagnosed last Thursday with Peri menopause.  I had my last pregnancy at 42. Did not go to term as she had trisomy 18. Idk whats next guess periods stop?

I am not sure how old this post is as it does not incluse the year. I am 39 and just found out that i am in full menopause. Apparently, the cjemocal pregnancies that i have had since Jan 2022 have been due to perimenopause. I have a 19 yo and almost 3 yo (Dec 2, 2023). These symptoms are HELL!! Anything that helps?!?

I am 33 and have been experiencing symptoms of menopause for a year or so. I didn’t think anything of it at the time. Hubby and I started TTC for baby 2, having had fertility issues I went to my specialist at the six month mark and she did some tests only to find I am in face perimenopause and probably have been for at least a year. It was the most devastating news. We did several more tests to find I have no egg reserves and my body is no longer sending the signals to ovulate. I would really recommend having your hormones tested. It can help how you treat the symptoms. Actually knowing that my symptoms are menopause has changed the way I react to them and how I treat them. There are also hormone replacement therapies that can help with the symptoms. ❤️

I am 44 and just now hit perimenopause this month, for 3 wks now every single 🤬 DAY feels like THE WORST day of my cycle. 
When I was younger is like

“Sux2b u!” And turn a deaf ear, but NOW............. ????????????????????
And if anyone ever worshipped youth b4 it seems 2 b gettin worse w.every passing decade, so..........................

I’m 44 and had my first bout last month. Pms lasted an entire MONTH!!!! I’ve begun to be forgetful and not as in control as I once was (ie., when signing in on roster for class I would never sign in on wrong line b4!!!!). When it finally came it didn’t kastctgat long either.
Now I’m getting pd on time but it’s trickling @first when normally it starts medium flow....
