My hands are constantly falling asleep

I don’t know what to do!!!! It’s been like this all morning where both hands have been falling asleep and I don’t know why. I’m not positioned in a way where the blood flow will stop going to my arm. I also work at a factory... assembly line... where we constantly do the same thing all day every day. I also have the nexplanon in. Does anybody know what can cause this tingling sensations in my hands 😩
