I need advice

I’ve been hot and cold with this guy since about March. It’s been rough. He’s blown me off, ignored phone calls and messages and then would pop back up days or weeks later. We stopped talking for about a month. Well, in that month I hooked up with someone a few times. Should I tell him or no? Idk if I feel like we were in a relationship at that point. In my mind we were broken up since we weren’t talking. Idk if saying something would make things worse 😕
