Baby’s stomach measuring big

So I had an ultrasound today because baby girl was breech at the last appointment. She is now head down. But I was told that her stomach size is in the 92 percentile and that I have a lot of fluid, which is why my weight gain is high. My dr is concerned about my sugar intake. I passed the glucose test on the 1st try so I know I don’t have gestational diabetes. I guess I have to watch everything I eat. 🤷🏽‍♀️🙄 I am 33+1 and measuring 35 weeks she is already 5lbs.
