Femara

I had my annual appointment today and my doctor asked if having a baby was still on the table. I told her it was, however I did OPK’s for about a month/month and a half with no ovulation and have been discouraged. But I have only had 2-3 period total for the year so I don’t really ovulate on my own. I have PCOS. So I will be doing Provera to force periods and Femara for fertility/ovulation. Does anyone have any success stories with Femara, or any advice/side effects to be aware of ahead of time?
