Should I be concerned

My baby is 1 week old today , and he hasn’t had a bowel movement today . He was doing really good until yesterday until he went to the doctor and they did a rectal temp . She made him poop a ton and then I had to rectal check 3 times and he pooped : should I be concerned ? He is formula fed and breastmilk fed I haven’t given him breastmilk today since yesterday it seemed to upset his stomach . He has had formula he has peed really well but no poop . This is my second baby but I don’t remember with my first .
