Blood thinners and low platelets

Hey! So I’m on blood thinners (lovenox) bc of a past pulmonary embolism. And I also get iron infusions every 6 months bc it’s always low and my platelets are also low (red blood cells) and I’m so insanely worried that I’m going to bleed to death during birth. It’s so bad that I’m borderline depressed. Everyone is scaring me saying they needed blood transfusions and almost died and I’m just not in a good place. This is baby number 4 for me (1st baby on blood thinners) after two of my births I felt like I had lost too much blood after birth but was never checked was just really weak and couldn’t function properly. Anyone else ever been in my shoes and it worked out ok for you? I need some reassurance.
