How can you have a heart attack in your sleep with no heart problems?

My grandma in law sister in law died in her sleep with a heart attack but they said her heart was good but she had Alzheimer's and was an smoker at one point in time. I am 31 years old with no heart problems at all.

Yes. Heart attacks can be silent killers. Especially in women the symptoms can come on in wierd ways that dont seem like a heart attack

I think heart attacks can just happen to anyone at an older age. You can live the healthiest life but that doesn’t necessarily mean nothing bad will ever happen. I mean think of how many years that heart has been going. I’m sorry for your loss
