I feel bad for my S.O😭

Me and my fiancé have always been very affectionate to each other our whole relationship and now that I’m pregnant(currently 12 wks) I don’t want to be kissed or touched at all. I’ve explained to him that it’s not anything he’s doing but I see the sad looks he gets when I tell him no. I try to suck it up and let him touch me but it’s difficult. Is anyone else going through the “don’t want to be touched” phase?
