Tough day

I haven’t been on glow for a while now, because this cycle I wanted to try things differently and try and attend less to my symptoms and the experience in general. This is my fourth medicated cycle and for the first time since taking the medications, I didn’t have ANY symptoms (shot was on the 30th). Normally I get breast tenderness a few days after the shot and feel more crampy. I’ve been interpreting this as a great sign since it’s so different than how the others have been. I swore I was having implantation cramps around day 6 or 7. Today is day 11 and I feel like I’m going to get my period - like wham. But it’s only cramps and a sour mood, so I’m trying to remain hopeful for our doctors appointment tomorrow. I have no other symptoms indicating pregnancy either. It just feels like another failure. Has anyone had a similar experience? Just when I thought this process was getting easier, I feel like I’ve been thrown back to the start.
