4 weeks pregnant & bleeding

I started off as just pink spotting and tiny cramps, but now it’s progressed to bright red spotting/ bleeding and the cramps are a bit more intense. This is my 4th pregnancy, I’ve had 2 miscarriages prior to this one. Has anyone experienced something similar but everything was okay at the end? Really trying stay positive !! I did come to the er to get check out after calling my doctor. Just trying maybe hear some positive stories and just positive vibes. Thank you all in advance!

I went to the emergency room still being hopeful even with all the bleeding.

Unfortunately my pregnancy did end in another miscarriage :(

It’s been hard few days, I am feeling little better. Really looking forward to 2019.
