Yellow discharge 6 weeks pregnant

I am 6 weeks pregnant and I believe I have a yeast infection and this discharge is thick and smells bad . Any idea what it is ? Should I be concerned or go to doctor ? Please help this is my second pregnancy my last one ended in miscarriage I want to be safe of everything
