Need to find some cardio motivation
Between morning sickness and some laziness my cardio has seriously suffered. I've been working out, but a lot more muscle toning, volleyball and walking. At 26 weeks today i went for a "run" for the first time in maybe 2 or 3 months. I felt good, jogged 2 mins, walked a min. I wanted to take it easy. Took me 12 minutes to hit a mile. But damn was my heartrate high. 🤔😕 I gotta get my stamina back up before I go into labor. With my first I was running up until my due date.
