Is glow wrong??

So I have been getting positive opks all morning and my cm went from creamy to watery then to eg white just now and there's a slight pain in my left lower abdomen and I feel super horny(TMI)glow says I won't ovulate until the 21 of December however ovia and flo said I ovulate tomorrow and Al my opks are positive so far

The last four we're done today and the others were done yesterday evening..the last one was done 5minutes ago...am I really ovulating????
