Did you get your period during basic training?

I ask this because they said we probably won’t get our period because of stress.

I started a birth control that stops your period. It was nice not having to worry about it at all.

For me i didn't get a real period. I just had spotting from my birth control in basic. I was under alot of stress I stopped spotting after a week of being there lol and i was spotting for like 3 months straight going into basic. I know some got periods and some didnt. I heard they make you take a pill thats like BC and it supposedly stops periods and stuff but idk, they wouldn't tell us.🤷

DON'T TAKE THE PRENATALS, I know the air force does that but if you do get them, they make you start your period.

I didn’t get mine until graduation day with my family 🤦🏼‍♀️ but I’m super glad I didn’t have it the rest of the time!

After you get all of them shots 1 hormonal & working out most lose it

You will most likely lose it. Only a couple females had it when I went through. I didn’t have mine for like 6 months

I had mine when I first got there and didn’t for the rest of my time there. There were plenty that did get their period though

Some do some don’t. I didn’t get mine at all until the day I got on the plane after graduation to go to my duty station.
