Help!!

Been TTC for the last 4 months and no luck. My period has always been irregular( I do get my period, but my shortest period is 25 and longest cycle 45). I ovulated on the 20th of last month, and still haven’t gotten my period. My breast have been sore and been feeling a bit on the low end of energy. I went to see my Dr and she did a HCG and it was negative. What can I do? I’m feeling super disappointed and helpless. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
