Period lasted 1 day- brownish red. BFP?

Hey guys! I have pcos but am treating with ovasitol and Metformin. I think I may have ovulated last month based on slightly stretchy CM but not 100% sure I did. Went ahead and BD with my husband just in case. App says period was due 6 days ago, it’s usually is a 3-7 days off. I had brownish pink cm only when I wiped for two days then yesterday had thicker brownish discharge for about an hour. Haven’t had anything since. No red blood or anything else since then. Have any of you experienced this before? Were you pregnant or did AF end up showing up? No I haven’t tested.
