Should I even try to trust him anymore

Me and my current boyfriend have had some rough times..basically we broke up for like 2 days when we first got together because I want really sure if I should date him because I had never had a stable relationship and I guess he slept with another girl (mind you he was a virgin and I really cared about making it the best experience for him) this happened maybe is October November of 2017 and like I said we got back together soon after we broke up because I really liked him and all that and I didn't know he did until April or may of 2018 after we had sex 2 or 3 times..through those months he lied about being a virgin and once I found out he slept with her and lied to me u also found out he was cheating on me with another girl..u caught him and confronted him..then I caught him again with the same girl and confronted him..and yet again same girl but this time I caught him actually going to have sex with her..we broke up over summer because I was very hurt and couldn't get over it..then we got back together and not soon after he's texting another girl..he stopped for a while...and then another..he swears he has changed and has realized how much he's hurt me..and really I want to believe him but it's hard because I don't know if it will happen again..just I feel like all he wants is sex and nudes and yeah..just I need advice because I really don't know what to do
