Is it to soon ?

So we had sex every day on my high days and fertile days a few times a day' he didnt pull out any of the times. My period is due in 5 days based on this app however I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Am I not pregnant or is it just too soon to test? When I got pregnant with my first it was unexpected and I didnt take a test I believe until the day I missed my period so I'm not sure how the testing early thing works' also I am still breastfeeding (I've heard you still can ge pregnant but shes 2 now and maybe my body doesnt understand what's going on? Doesnt make sense) ugh ??
