Hemorrhoids during labor?

I have had horrific hemorrhoids for the last 5 days or so. I've never had them before. I was extremely constipated last week which caused it, plus all the pressure from being 38 weeks. I can barely move it hurts so bad, the 2nd day i threw up and passed out from the pain. I'm getting induced in 3 days and I'm terrified of delivering with these gigantic polyps on my poor butthole lol. Also scared of tearing or needing an episiotomy more than ever before. Anyone been through this and lived to tell the tale? Did they explode? I'm definitely getting an epidural now.
