Cravings
I’ve been on a low carb, no sugar diet since May and have been feeling so great and lost 65 lbs. I’m about 8 weeks pregnant and out of all the cravings I could possibly have the only thing I want is sugar. Like chocolate and cookies and cake and brownies. I’m trying so hard to resist but feel like I’m going to give in and worried that I’m going to gain a crazy amount of weight again. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to satisfy my craving without it being bad for me?
