Loss of appetite - 4 weeks
Hi I know I’m very early on and I haven’t experienced nausea yet just weird stomach twinges and a complete loss of appetite. I’m finding I have to force myself to eat food, has anyone else experienced this? Like today at work I always eat lunch at 12 but I couldn’t face anything till 2.30
