Anatomy scan Monday, Nervous ☹

Monday we go in for our anatomy scan and I'm nervous they will find something wrong or wont see a heartbeat. All our ultrasounds have been good and I feel movement from our precious girl. We had a missed misscarriage back in may. Theres also days that shes not as active, which I know is normal but still worries me. Then I read stories on here of people finding out birth defects or that thier baby passed at thier anatomy scan. Please help me be reassured. The odds are low that anything would go wrong , right?I'm 20wks 6dys
