Bent over too fast and hurt myself!
I was decorating my Christmas tree and I bent down really fast. When I tried to stand up I got this really bad cramp almost like a Charlie horse but in my uterus... and I couldn’t stand up.. it’s better now but still really sore. My dr is closed until Tuesday. Should I go to an urgent care/er to make sure everything’s okay or is this the round ligament pain I keep hearing about?? I’m 7+0 with my first!
