Amniotic fluid leak?

I’ve been feeling really crampy all day, and since I’m 36 5 days I’ve been having increased discharge the last couple weeks. My discharge is normal and hasn’t been watery at all. Mid day today I went to the restroom and my underwear were pretty damp, there was some normal discharge on top of the wetness. I went to the bathroom again about a half hour ago and it was the same way. Could it be really watery discharge or an amniotic fluid leak? I’m talking like more wet than when you sneeze and a little bit of pee comes out.
