When to add more oz to formula

Question

My LO is taking roughly 3oz 95% of the time every 3 hours during the day (nighttime she takes 6 oz in a span of 3 hours bc she’s clusterfeeding)
I’m scared to up it up to 4oz bc she does like to spit up. Not every feeding ,but when she does, it’s a lot. 
Should
I try the 4oz or wait until she’s 100% taking in 3oz

Try going up slowly, 3.25 oz for a few feeding, if theres no spitting up 3.5 oz and so forth, don't go up too much at once.

if shes satisfied with 3 and gaining proper weight with the right amount of wet diapers, theres no need to up it.

If she finishes the 3oz then offer more. Babies only eat until they are full so she will take how much she needs

My son’s pediatrician told me its ok to give him 4oz if he’s really hungry, after all, boys tend to eat more than girls, but that’s only if he’s really hungry. However, I mostly breastfeed my son, I only give him formula at night.
