Birth Control + Diet Pills?

Recently just started taking birth control pills and was curious if taking OTC diet pills would mess with the effectiveness of my birth control?

Answer

No but if your diet pills are making you have diarrhea I wouldnt take it within 3 hours of your birth control because having diarrhea within 3 hours of taking birth control makes birth control less effective. The birth control wont have had time to get in not your system.
