I went for my NP ultrasound and the doctor told me he is clearly a BOY 
I was 13 week at the time he told me that

Should I trust him? He is a boy for sure right? 
I asked another ultrasound lady and she said that that’s his penis

Could be penis or umbilical cord. 13 weeks is pretty early for a definite answer like that.

I wouldn’t trust it just because with my boys they always show the gender from underneath inbetween the legs lol. Not saying it isn’t a boy but I would definitely get a more proper ultrasound first.

My friend was told she has a boy at 13 weeks, but they said they're "90%" sure, turned out to be a girl at the anatomy scan (21 weeks).
I was told 90% girl at 13 weeks by an experienced MFM specialist, confirmed boy at 17 weeks and next scans.
It can be a boy in your case, but unless you have a blood test taken, you can only tell for sure at 17 weeks when the genitals are formed and clearly visible.

You can't tell from a profile angle, you have to get an inbetween the legs shot.

I was almost 15 weeks when we went for ours. From profile angle he also showed like that and was confirmed from down below angle

I got an ultrasound today ay 13.2 weeks and she told me she is 100% sure its a boy too

13 weeks seems way too early. I thought the nub didnt start to differentiate until 14 at the earliest.
