How far along am I?

I am a little confused as to how far along I am? I took multiple tests in October and November and last took a blood test Nov 13th at my OBGYN and all results were negative. My last period was October 1st, and yesterday I went to the doctors and took a urine test just in case and it was positive! And when I got home I took another hpt and it was very positive!

You’ll probably have to get an ultrasound to confirm as you may have ovulated randomly and you can’t really base it off your last period. I was the same way with my first- I didn’t have cycles and would ovulate randomly here or there. If I went by my last period I’d have been like 8 mos pregnant when I was actually 4weeks lol.
