Copper IUD HELP

I really need some help

I had the copper IUD inserted about three months ago and every month I have suffered with the same PMS symptoms. I get really bad mood swings, I’m uncontrollably tired but I can’t sleep, depressed, motionless and unbelievable pain.

The pain I can deal with but the mentality I can’t. When I was on no contraception a year ago I was fine. I never had any symptoms just bad periods but there was no mood swings or anything and even though this IUD has no hormones I can’t help but think it’s messing with me some how as I react really badly to contraception. I’ve been on 3 different pills and the implant and every single one had to be stopped as again my mentality was really bad.

Has anyone else suffered like this?
