Overly controlling mother at 20

So here's the deal... I am 20 years old and my mother has always been the controlling sorta micro manager. She is very religious, no sex till marriage and homophobic type. One thing in particular is that whenever I go over to my boyfriends house I have to be home at around 11. She says this is because she has to get her husband up for work in the morning and says she "cant sleep unless she knows I'm in the house." However my older brother can come in at 3 am and she never waits for him. Now... my boyfriend and I will have our anniversary next month and im tired of all these rules. I really want to be able to stay the night with him. After all... we are adults. I feel like I deserve it. I dont do anything bad.. I'm going to college, working, its just ridiculous. I feel like I'm still 12 years old. How to do I mention this or convince her to let me??
