Rolling over/object fascination

I’m a first time mom, and I’m so afraid my little girl is going to fall behind. I’m sure she has plenty of time, but seems like a lot of babies her age or even younger are way more advanced than she is at this point. She doesn’t reach for objects, she refuses tummy time, and she doesn’t have the slightest interest in rolling over. She’s a little over four months old. Will not doing tummy time slow her down as far as milestones? She tries to suffocate herself until someone picks her up. We’ve tried tummy time on me, on a boppy, with toys, and with music. Nothing works.
